Believe it or not, it took me one day to finish reading this novel. As soon as I started, I didn't want to put it down. I'm so angry! How could a mother do that to her child? Why does she only pick on Dave and not the other kids? Why can't the father step up and stop all this shiet from happening? Yeah at times he would say something but it's not enough to stop Dave from being abused? I could never treat my kids that way. My kids get punished but I never lay my hands on them, that's why I don't understand how a mother can even do that to her child. Feels like she gets trills doing that. I'd love the beat the crap out of her.

I agree punishment and discipline have different meaning. "Train up a child and when grows he would not depart from it" verse in the bible. Proper discipline will correct a child not punishment. Great story Sabrina can't wait for the next episode.
