Nancy tells Jaycee that she hates the summertime because her and Phillip will drive to school playgrounds/parks and video tape little girls. She entertains the girls and gets them to do the splits and sit with their legs apart, so Phillip can video tape it secretly. After reading this, I wanted the book to come alive and reach out and choke the living crap out of both of them or something worse. Easter Sunday, 1994 Phillip and Nancy confronted Jaycee that she is pregnant because she had gained weight and was waddling like a duck instead of walking. Nancy was a nurse's assistant and she had helped with the home pregnancy. The cord was wrapped around the baby's neck. Phillip used his finger to pull the cord away slightly then the baby came out successfully. Jayce had a baby girl on August 18, 1994 at the age of 14 years old. Phillip had named their baby "A." Simple one letter and that's it.
